| NOTE: |

1. |
Travel time and forced idle time will be charged at
our regular rates unless the total work/travel/idle time for that day
exceeds 8 hours or occurs on a weekend/holiday; in which case, our
overtime (or Sunday) service rate applies. |
2. |
Forced idle time will be charged at our regular
service rate to a maximum of 10 hours on days that our technician is not
required on site (or can’t work due to plant closure). In this case, our
regular service rate will also be applied to Saturday and Sunday (Forced
idle time on holidays however, will still be charged at our regular
holiday service rate). |
3. |
All expenses incurred on field service (hotel,
meals, car rental, mileage, parking, tolls, and airline tickets) will be
charged to the client. |
